Our Heritage
It began with one man, one stall & one perfect recipe
In 1970, our grandfather Suut Bin Hassan started selling authentic traditional satay from a humble stall. In October 1995, the family opened its first restaurant in Miri - Madli Satay & Food Corner. Half a century on, we still cook to his standard: the same hand-made marinade, honest portions, and peanut gravy made the old way.
